This is the Charger/Plane Side with 2.5" of 28 gauge wires, attached to a JST-XH lipo balance tap, plus extra wires into 4mm banana jacks

Note that the Eflite UMX Beast, Eflite UMX Sbach 342, and Parkzone UM F-27Q Stryker 180 use the same batteries and therefore the same battery connectors.
